  If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service after being a member for over five years. Hours and hours of my time lost on worthless phone calls trying to get money put back into my account after they took money out unauthorized AND after they called me to tell me they wouldn't take it out. I was told it was out of their hands - a credit union? Out of their hands? Ok. I've switched banks and would recommend anyone looking at using this "hometown-we care about everyone" credit union to not bother.

  Best Financial Institution in my little 20 years of having one! Every need has been met by Ashland. The Employees are kind and polite and very helpful. I would recommend Ashland over any other! Even helped us buy a Home after no one else would! Thanks Ashland for ALL that you do!

  I came here after my ex roommate made a mess of my life and they were happy to take me on. I used to bank with Affinity Plus but due to life was unable to make loan payments and despite that Ashland Credit Union took me in. Thanks guys/gals

  Gave me a very good rate on my used car loan even with not perfect credit they actually took the time to review my credit history rather than just looking at a credit score real people doing a real job unlike the big guys who are all automated

  Got a debit card that was eaten by the ATM after only having it a week. Sent in for a new card and it's been almost a month and I've yet to receive it. Absolutely ridiculous, I'm ready to cancel my account and tale my money elsewhere.

  WORST financial institution that I have every encountered!!!! BEWARE Of this credit union and the amateurs mortgage representatives they have working for them.
