  Phil Olson and his team (Patrick F.) Were hands down the best team to work with. My husband and I refinanced our home this past fall. Phil and and Patrick made sure we understood each step we needed to take before we proceeded with the next. They were efficient and fast, as our loan closed 12 days sooner than we anticipated!   Phil and team came recommended from the construction company that is building my garage, and I must say that I have been really pleased. Phil is very professional, efficient, and I also did not feel pushed into any particular decision. I worked a lot with Pat on Phil's team, and found him to be very responsive to any questions. I also decided to look at different insurance companies in the process, and Pat was able to provide a reference to another local business, which was great. I also really appreciated that a lot of the work could be done on the computer on their Portal. Made getting paperwork back and forth very easy! Overall, I would say that this has been a great experience, and that I would highly recommend Phil and team for any of your mortgage needs!

  As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous to even start the home buying process. Phil and his staff made everything so easy. I had no idea what to expect or even how the process worked, and Phil helped me understand everything every step of the way. He explained everything in a way that would help me understand.   This is the second house I have purchased with Phil Olson I will never use any other broker he is the best at what he does he is thorough and available. Phil had an amazing team shout out to Patrick. We had so many personal obstacles that came along the way and the support was always there and we had some really big obstacles BUT we still Closed on time as planned we are very satisfied with him and his team!!!

  First and foremost I can't believe how incredibly easy cross county mortgage was to work with Patrick the processor was very honest never broken promises or made error while we had expected some alo.g the way but not once they always had our intentions first, Our story before working with Phil and his team had been a miserable experience working with Wellsfargo then Mutual of Omaha then Boxhomeloans of which we gave them a bad review back in July 2020. We should have took time to find Phil since we already knew him from past experience a few years back. I gave them 5 stars and would have given then 6 if it was possible but 5 is the limit. Lol! We care about making the best choice for this very important life of ours. I will never look to any other lender as long as I know Phil Olson of cross county mortgage in Minnesota.
