      I have been with them for many years now and have had nothing but positive experiences both online and in person. The staff always seems friendly and eager to help and anytime I've had questions or issues they have been more than willing to step in and resolve them. Great location. Keep up the good work

      I worked with Dory Francis. Even with a very hectic Saturday. She was very patient with me and helpful through the process of my auto loan. She went beyond and took the extra steps to make it easier on me than ever before. The whole lobby staff was amazing as well.

      Here we go again. Today at 12.48 pm. 9/19/21. I tried depositing cash in my account and the atm button for deposit was not lit to deposit cash or check. This is so frustrating when you are trying to do last minute deposit outside of business hours. My Bank of America takes deposit at any time as long as the atm is working. I went to a few other ascends with atm in the area and still couldn’t deposit cash. So I’ll be closing this credit union account very soon and opening with another brand. Life should be easy not complicated with simple deposits. Only other option is to set up a cash app with this credit union and make deposit that way from another bank with a link cash app. It’s 2021 we are not deposit cash with a check number in a plastic bag. I’m only giving 2 stars because I like that they have more atms at this location.

      There's a reason I only go to the ascend on memorial. Lady asked how much cash I was depositing. I replied I wasn't sure. She said she needed me to count it before I could deposit. I said I was good and handed it back to her (I trust her to do her job, the other employee to do her job, and the machine to do its job). The attitude accompanied by one of the biggest eye rolls I've ever witnessed followed that. I dont come to the bank to count money, I come to the bank to let you do your job. There were 3 forms of verification before it deposited. This is 2nd time at this branch I've had an employee get an attitude with me for not knowing the amount of cash I have and didn't want to count it before I deposited. Last visit here.

      Seems like ascend grew to fast to keep up. Every time I call I’m prompted to push 50 buttons and hope I get a live person. I can’t pay our loan without getting charged $10 because they aren’t technologically advanced yet. We never received checks for our business account and now we can’t deposit anything into our personal account. I’m so tired of being told you can go to your branch. It’s 2020, my other banks do not have these issues.

      The ATM NEVER WORKS. This isn’t fair for people who work 9-5 and who need to use it after normal business hours. I pay my bills online and have a cash-paying job as a sever, so I rarely have time to stop at a branch during the weekdays. At this point, it would be more convenient to bank somewhere else.

      Love this credit union/bank. We have been with them for several years now and have never had any issues. They have always been available and helpful when needed. Also love all the extra perks that come along with banking here.

      I have been happy with Ascend until recently. The past 2 months I have received an overdraft fee because I was unable to make a night deposit (someone is forgetting to replenish the night deposit envelopes). I go out of my way to this location, because it is the only one I know of that has a night deposit box and my work hours don't always permit me to visit during banking hours (due to the lack of branches near my workplace). I called the corporate office and they said they will "submit my request" to have the charge removed this month, but i wont know until the end of business today. I am considering switching to a different institution, as I cannot afford to pay for someone else's oversight. If you offer night deposit, there should always be envelopes available for this amenity. It takes a minute to check and replenish, if necessary.
