  You can not depostit after bank is closed, so if you have bill payment next day you can not/ you will pay let fee.

  Regions has become a train wreck. My account was debited $511 more than the check I wrote; which was acknowledged by the online agent I asked to correct it. I was given a toll free # to call and, after another long hold was told I had to schedule an appointment at a branch. To do so you have to call another toll free #. As an added bonus they’ve incorrectly applied earned interest 3 different times. I’m tired of the run around, poor customer service and long wait times so have begun the process of closing my accounts and moving my money elsewhere

  Took 3 overdraft fees in 3 days when account was positive. Made me pay $108 in overdraft fees. Screw this bank

  This is the worst regions I've ever been to, I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had a horrible experience here and lost $100 dollars because of a bank teller. I didn't get her name, I wish I did but I was so upset by the situation. She had long light reddish-brown hair and she is very young. I spoke to a manager but he did not remedy the situation. Poor customer service. Never go here unless you want to lose money and get treated badly.

  Worst customer service every. The drive thru girl at the St Andrews branch was so rude. I would never allow my employee to talk to someone like that.

  Patty in the drive thru is the nicest bank teller I've ever dealt with. ATM here is fully functional most of the time. All around good branch.

  This branch is understaffed. Saturdays are crazy here. I'm literally the 20th person in line. The people are nice, but this bank is the bank equivalent of McDonald's.
