  My experience was awesome. I can't remember ever having a bad experience when I went to Redstone Federal Credit Union. Very friendly and kind service. Fred Weems was on his job.Quick in taking care of business showed concern for everything I needed. Highly recommend RFCU.

  Rip off. I cant make a call to get things straightened out to make a payment. They want to charge me $8just to talk to someone to do that. Kidding right. Not one bit. You done have me by the neck but you wanna make me pay more. More for. Service you sgould be giving to all for free. We do t pay your employees to do the task thats your job. You done charged me once for it and you think we should pay again. Lol. As bad as a restaurant. Want the ppl to pay their employees why you the company take full advantage and rip ppl off. In response to your response. How about you contact me and give me the info I need to get my app on my phone going. Stop trying to make yourself look good on here. You guys tried to charge me for this. Trash business ethics

  Redstone Federal Credit Union are on there game! Great group of people to work with! Would love to have a branch here in Lebanon,Tn. I sure don’t mind the drive to Murfreesboro a couple times a year to have a great Credit union though. I highly recommend Redstone Federal Credit Union.

  I came to this bank to get a car loan and left with a reduced credit card rate along with a savings account! If you choose to visit this location please don’t hesitate to meet with Mr. Jesse James! He is amazing! Thank you so much

  We had a great experience. Got a great rate on an auto loan without limitations of other Banks and credit unions. Went in close to closing and Kelly worked with us to get everything g going. Martin completed the process the next day. Highly recommend.

  I believe my heart has been broken working with the people here. If you are in need of help with a consolidation loan I don’t recommend this place at all. I was able to get a car loan with them earlier last year no problem. So I decided to go back for a consolidation loan for a little credit card debt..I promise you, the people there ran my credit which isn’t bad and denied me for the loan due to the high utilization! My wife is working now so I explain Im only here for the high utilization and my debt to income was 37%! I have the money now to make the one payment. The loan officer I worked with had this sorry we can’t help you attitude! Made me think I was in a big corporate bank like Bank of America! One thing I’ve noticed about credit unions when they get enough people to bank with them we become just another transaction to be honest! Highly disappointed and the call center is even worse! No help

  Wow. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I drove all the way from Nashville to Murfreesboro to get a car loan from this bank, left work early and was turned away because it was too close to closing time. I got there at 4:10pm, the hours on their website say they close at 6pm. Kevin told me they do not work with the car dealership I was buying a car from! I was there the day before and was not told this. Didn't even know this was a factor when applying for a loan.

  The one in Murfreesboro by the dealerships are nice. The woman Kelly, and the gentleman Mauricio, another store, they are very helpful. They know their stuff. They will dig deep to help you out. And they're open until 5 p.m. on Saturday. Awesomeness. 🙌🏽
