  KORTNIE WAS AMAZING ! 🤩 I applied for a loan then she reached out to me at 12pm and we chatted back and fourth until 4pm because my situation was kind of different, but she still got me approved for a loan ! AND not one second did I feel like she was frustrated with me nor did she treat me like a complex customer (which I was ) . Anyways, I don’t know which one I’m amazed at more between my great service with Kortnie or the fact that the money was deposited INSTANTLY after I signed my documents 😂❤️ And my payments are beyond affordable. Will definitely be using this company again & will refer some friends !

  I have had help from another employee last time that was not very informative or helpful the last time I came in. This time today I got hailey Simon an she was a breath of fresh air to me. She has been the most helpful an professional out of everyone I've talked to there. She explained everything about my bill an she helped me understand everything. Thank you hailey for everything you do there. She is the sweetest person also. 10/10 recommend

  I want to brag on Ms. Kortnie! She was very patient with me. I ask a lot of her but she did not hesitate to find a solution! You are Awesome Girl!   Honestly it’s awesome you get approved fast but if you have big loan out you’ll never pay it off. Every 2 weeks they take $200 out and my loan never goes down. So for me living pay check to pay check $200 every two weeks is a lot for something that seems like it’s not going towards my loan. Hopefully soon I can pay off and NEVER use advance again.

  Destiny and her manager are extremely rude and were not understanding toward my money order situation. This is the first time I have ever been in a situation where I had a receipt and was explained that they were useless and that I needed to fill out a form and make another money order for that form. Then added on top of that they both tried to explain some exaggerated "fraud" elements to my situation. It seemed as though they did not want to help at all and were practically accusing me of trying to commit money order fraud.
