  After they found out I was approved they were much nicer and willing to help try to get me a car. The pricing was disappointing. I was approved for a new car with the same pricing as the used one.

  Place is Amazing!! Why stress about references unless of course you DONT PLAN ON PAYING FOR YOUR CAR, otherwise the References will never be called. Great Sale people Great Manager. If you need to rebuild your credit and Have little cash for a Down Payment CarHop is the place. Even Better you have a Top Notch Warranty on the car!!

  They were awesome to me. Got approved in no time and i got a great car. I'm sixty years old and now will have credits for myself in my name. They were all just so sweet to me. Helped me in severally ways. Just awesome thank you all so very much. Gloria Queen.

  Had my first POSITIVE experience today at a car lot. Car Hop really stands alone when it comes to actually CARING for the customer. Walked out of there with a car, feeling like a human being instead of just another sales bonus for someone. Highly suggest this place, they really deserve your business.

  This place started out great. The car was ok for...6 weeks. Then everything started falling to pieces. I've had this thing in the shop 4-5 times already for engine problems and we haven't even had it a year. Sure, we haven't had to pay for most of it because of the warranty, but this is our only vehicle, so it's really difficult to work around a car being in the shop for days. On top of that, we have never missed a payment, and the one time we called them to let them know we needed a few more days to get our next payment in because of a hiccup with my direct deposit, they freak out and say we have to pay in full on time, or bring the car back. Really?! We've literally never missed a payment EVER in almost a year and the first time something goes wrong, they lose their minds. They had the gall to suggest I borrow the money from a relative or friend. That's just insulting. I understand this is a high risk dealership, but we haven't gotten cars from any dealerships previously, and the only reason we tried Carhop was to build some credit because we had none. (I will thank them for at least building us some credit, because now we've been able to apply for more things and be approved because of them, so they did help with that at least). After all that, I asked them to just come get the car because we didn't have the money right this second, we needed a couple days. THEN the lady says "Well if you could just pay us $20 or so we will be ok until you pay the rest in a couple days. We can't just come take the car back." YOU JUST TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY IT ALL OR SURRENDER THE VEHICLE BACK TO YOU. SMH.

  Diane was so wonderful and helpful. I had 2 young children with me and she was very patient with them. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything.

  HORRIBLE!!!! I went in to purchase a car. Shannon has HORRIBLE customer service skills. I had an appointment. She had a very condensing attitude. My 4 year old niece was with me and asked if she had change for the candy machine that they have in the office. She told her that it wasn't her responsibility to have change for that and if she wanted change then she needed to go the Braum's and get it. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

  Im a 2x customer my first time was great my first car is almost paid off. I was in need of a second car I went in and was able to drive off with me second car with no down paymwnt due to being a loyal customer and making my payments on time my first car was an 02 buick park avenue my second car i was able to upgrade into a 2014 dodge journey thats carjop

  Absolutely worst place to buy a car ever. Not only are they over priced for their cars that will barely make it a year, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I walk in and there is a blonde and a bigger lady covered in tattoos standing around gossiping. In an office a bigger girl with dark hair is sitting on her cell phone and eating not even trying to take my payment. All of them were very rude and unhelpful.
