      Never come to this bank the staff are useless and they do not care my company and my dad will be closing our accounts there for sure

      Overall I have been happy as a member of the credit union however this branch does not provide good customer service. Everytime I have come in, I am told to sit and wait for a "few minutes" while there are several bankers just standing around with no one to help. With a busy schedule, I am highly considering switching to a different bank for better service.

      Not just this branch. AFCU online banking is a nightmare. To top it all off when you ask for help you get a coined "we're sorry your having trouble" reply. Never a solution! Im sorry WHEN I NEED ACCESS TO MY ACCTS. I CANT WAIT DAYS FOR THE PEOPLE WITH MY MONEY TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER while refusing to talk to me. My accts. will all be closed Monday.

      Employees don’t care about customers every time I go to this location it takes an hour if not longer strongly recommend another bank or another location if I could give negative stars I would Worst bank Iv been to they will wast your time.
