  Well I have bought 3 cars from them in the last 3 years, I have left smiling every time. The Service Department is great and they have the best coffee. Josh was my last Sales Associate, did a very good job. The Financing on the other hand gave me a serious blessing, I was a tier 4 in the finance world and they twisted a couple arms to get me to 0% interest. Jumped me up 2 tiers, the Lord has blessed me for sure. Thank you Jesus, Merry Christmas everyone.

  My daughter dropped my car off for service before going on vacation in 2 days. She was shuttled to work and picked up when the work was finished. When I got the invoice it said the battery was bad and needed replaced and was under warranty. So why not just replace the battery while the car is there? Now I don't have time to bring it back to the dealership before we leave. Have sent them 2 customers that also bought a vehicle from them. Will not refer anyone else.

  My experience about this place is amazing and I really thanked Joe for the trade in for my new car. Joe is a really cool guy, he had welcomed me with open arms after I wanted a trade in for 0 down with my old Sentra after having a long string of mechanical problems. He even allow me to drive my old car to the back one last time to so I could say goodbye to it.

  I received quality customer service from my salesman, George, and from the manager, Shilo, who was able to handle a problematic situation quickly and respectfully. Would recommend this establishment due to these two individuals. I did feel deceived by the person in the finance department that “helped” me with my loan and packages.

  Called about a vehicle we saw online to see if they still had it since we live 2 hours away and David Lee is the one we talked to and assured us to come down and take a look. This call was made at 11:26 am. We text back and forth through the day. Me and my daughter made the drive to look at the car only to be told it was sold Saturday. They baited us down there with a good price and then roll another vehicle out that wasnt equipped the same with more miles. Typical bait and switch. Stay away from Mclarty Nissan. Nissan should expect the people representing their company to be more ethical.

  We're certainly disturbed to hear of this experience. We've done some checking into the situation, and there was clearly some incorrect information imparted to you during this process about the sale of the vehicle you were interested in. It did not sell that Saturday, but rather on the day you came to see it while you were in route. While we certainly can understand that this is frustrating, the vehicle was sold to another customer prior to your arrival without your salesperson's knowledge. We do understand that this is a disappointing outcome; however, we do offer our vehicles on a first-come first-served basis to provide the best possible experience to the customers that are in our showroom. You were not shown this particular vehicle and price as "bait" nor was the vehicle we showed you when you arrived meant to be a "switch." It was simply an unfortunate situation that your vehicle of interest had sold, so we looked for something similar in our inventory in an effort to make up for the confusion. The vehicle you were shown was another Compass. You spoke with our General Manager who let you know he'd been the one to purchase the vehicle you were interested in originally, and he offered to purchase another for you and even have it delivered because of the confusion. While we certainly do apologize that this happened, it was not intentional nor was it a "bait and switch." We certainly made every effort to make the situation right within the best of our ability.

  While Andrew was helpful at bringing me to the dealership, Trevor surpassed my expectations. He not only knew the 2020 Sentra as if it was his primary vehicle. He went above and beyond to show me how the car's special features worked. I appreciated Harold doing his best to work the deal to make this process come together. While I am "over the moon thrilled" with my Nissan Sentra. I don't think I've ever been so in love with a vehicle. Nissan, you outdid yourself on this one.

  North Little Rock Nissan was the friendliest, most professional automobile dealership that I have ever visited. If you are in the market for a new or certified used Nissan, I would encourage you to contact Robert Watkins. He was helpful, fair, honest and nice (generally things that aren't said about typical sales personnel.) I had the best experience and truly got a great deal. Dave Manos was also very easy to work with in the finance department. They took great care of me and got me the vehicle I wanted for a very low price. Contact Robert at NLR Nissan today, and don't waste your time going to any other dealership.
