  Honestly if I could put no stars I would. My friend bought a car from here maybe two months ago and she’s already had to drop $400 on tires for it, the ac has gone out and the struts are going out on it. Like they fixed the at up just enough to where it would last until the warranty went out on it. Don’t buy from here.

  Had this vehicle what little over 5 months and already doing repairs. Dustin in so many words called me a liar when I kept telling him something was wrong. He turned into a straight up mechanic! He’s not one so how do u know what’s wrong. Customer service suck. Sum dingy af girl Paige answers and don’t know nothing bout nothing. But tries to be petty! 😒 so go over there is you want to false advertising they will put you in a vehicle yea sure will and u will be like me wishing u never went. Will edit later to show how raggedy the vehicle is! Should haven just followed my first mind and deal with side lots. All these cars the claim to have they don’t! I can’t stand somebody who like to brag like this dude! Whoever really owns this place you know how to pick employees huh? NOT! There is a tracker on the vehicle for what so u can track when I get stranded in this death trap? Yea biggest mistake of in my life going here. So buyer beware don’t believe they hype cause it’s FLASE!!!!! I give another few months something is gonna be wrong. Already need a front end alignment really. Oh but the want to call and text for they money! Plus they hold your card on file lord only knows what THEY will do with it if you miss a payment or don’t answer the phone. Let’s not for get the tracking your every move and has a kill switch. You only got 2 stars cause u had the audacity to try and argue with me while he try and boast and brag about all he had done? Um the wtf you suppose to do! Your damn job and not let customers be under the impression these are reliable vehicles! Yea they reliably running your pockets dry! I should have canceled the transaction from the start! Not a good place go. Don’t go spend your money on either side of the freeway cause you will get the same out come period point blank! It should be against the law to car yourself a damn car lot. True facts very high miles and pricey it’s not worth the headache can’t want to be done dealing with these people. I will be updating to WARN people of my shortcomings with this mom and pop shop So update! Damn near lost my life with my kids in this DEATH TRAP! Be having problems since day 1! Can’t believe people will sell a vehicle and not check it out first. But now I can because I have one! This is not a good place by far to purchase a vehicle period point blank. Was damn near called a liar when I kept saying something was wrong. I can’t for the life of me understand how you can sale cars and not check them out. Should just went to someone’s yard and picked a car. Now have to POUR money in to something that I should have to or have problems with this early. So yes they just want your money cause they call from all different types of numbers to make sure they gonna get that payment! Hopefully me and my kids don’t die before we get ALL these problems fixed not to mention it’s losing engine power. Who ever owns this company I will find out and do what needed to be done. It should be against the law to do this to people and get away with it. When you see a negative review trust and believe it’s true. Can’t make this sh*t up. 8/30/2019 So this like what a baby side lot to the dealership from pine bluff! There are no GOOD reviews either! I bet the sold the raggedy ass suv to so sucker and thought I was gonna pay the remainder which was wayyyy to much! Take your rude ass company that calls from white hall to collect a debt but want you to tell your blood type when the call to make sure it’s you! NO AND BLOCKED! If you have money to waste and wanna look like you riding nice from the outside? Then go there cause you will be on the side of the road quickly trust and believe! 92 Jamz y’all DEAD ASS WRONG TO SPONSOR ANYTHING THIS COMPANY!

  I really enjoyed my experience with auto credit express the sales people went out of their way to get me a car that I like and could afford they worked with me on the down payment and my payments Walter was my Sales personAnd steve-o was my finance manFavourite above beyond to assure that I will get into a car that I like If you are looking for a dependable vehicle I recommend them highly.

  I've been to a dozen car dealerships, and this, is by far , the least painful one that I've ever been too. They were awesome. Definitely recommend

  Wouldn’t send nobody here, haven’t even had the truck a month and it won’t start. They claimed to send someone out after 5 which is was a lie. Now they can’t guarantee Someone is coming to look at it, it’s spring break can’t take my kids nowhere, go to the grocery store or doctor my son has asthma and it’s acting up, but guess what can’t do that either. Hasn’t even been a 30 days, once you call they have a attitude and rude once you have a problem with they bs, but all smiles and open arms once my husband was going to get a truck there, also wouldn’t let me speak to the manager.
