  We just closed our recent refi with Arcus Lending 3 weeks ago. Our Loan Officer was Mr. Behzad Hamidi. He was the easiest person to work with. We really enjoyed our experience. Mr. Hamidi and Arcus Lending made the entire process so painless and easy. Being able to digitally upload documents yourself to your own loan file was so easy and such a time saver. He had the perfect amount of communication and was not overbearing at all. Any questions we had he answered them quickly and honestly, no hidden tricks or fees. He even respected our time while we were on vacation for a few days and still closed our loan on time. I would definitely recommend Arcus Lending for your next mortgage and be sure to ask for Mr. Behzad Hamidi! We highly appreciate you for all you did for us.

  I had a great experience with Arcus lending company and during the process of closing, Mr. Behzad Hamidi assist me a lot such as giving a really good rate in this hot market and dealing with my builder which was not his job but he did it patiently and very smooth so we close it on time and I’m so satisfied. I highly recommend Mr. Behzad Hamidi and I truly admire his efforts.

  This business is very misleading and is trying to trick veterans for there own financial gain. I would not do any sort of business with them. You probably recieved a letter in the mail about a "Final Notice". For further investigation look at their reviews on BBB. They may sound nice and professional on the phone, but are just honeypotting you. They also use the name VA Mortgage Team. Also, notice how they don't have any official websites. Don't give them any personal information.

  I received a very deceptive mailer from this company. Business envelope with an extra wide see-through part on the envelope… They use pink paper and language like “FINAL NOTICE” and “IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED BEFORE DATE EXPIRES” to try to trick people into thinking this is some sort of bill. I will never use a company that uses deceptive practices like this.
