  Every once in a while, a business comes along that stands head and shoulders above its competition and re-instills faith in you that good customer service is not dead. Arcadia is one such business for me. I did not have high hopes in completing a refi due to my particular situation, but I emailed Mike anyway. He found a way to make it happen. And the best part? It was relatively painless for me. I was dreading the experience, but Mike and his staff took on most of the work, and at the end of the day, I was able to meet every one of the goals I wanted to accomplish with a refinance: A reduced rate; a shorter term; a consolidation of multiple loans from multiple mortgage companies and removal of individuals from liens. All were accomplished. And I love that Arcadia is a family-owned, local business that I can support! Mike, Stephanie and the entire staff at Arcadia are professional, skilled and go out of their way to provide that personal touch that seems to be lost in customer service today. If I ever need mortgage services again, Arcadia will the first place to which I turn.

  I could not have asked for a better experience! As first-time home buyers, my wife and I had a lot of questions and concerns about the mortgage process, and David Graciak at Arcadia was always able to ease our minds and answer any/all questions we had. I was blown away by his knowledge/expertise and professionalism. He truly made us feel like he had our best interests in mind at all times, and would do whatever it took for us to be happy with our mortgage. I would highly recommend David and Arcadia Lending to anyone looking for a loan, you will absolutely be happy with your experience!

  I really had a positive experience with both Lending Tree, and Arcadia Lending as they made the whole process very smooth and efficient!   Ed Zuzindlak was fast, friendly and professional. He communicated the process very well and was prompt to return any calls and texts. He offered me three options to choose from and I picked the rate/closing cost option that best suited me. I had quotes from three other lenders and Arcadia beat them all and provided excellent service. I'm glad I chose to refinance with them. I've refinanced a few times in the past and this experience was by far the best.

  I refinanced twice in a little over two years with Ed Zuzindlak and Arcadia. With rates continuing to fall, he was able to lower my rate by over 1% the second time! I liked Ed's low key, no pressure approach. He made the entire process go smoothly TWICE! He did what he promised and kept everything moving through to a smooth, timely closing. I would definitely recommend Ed to anyone, and if I need his services again in the future, I won't hesitate to call him again.

  James Sharkey and his team were top notch from start to finish. We had a very bad experience last time we purchased a home with a different lender. James made it so easy and took all the stress out of it this time around. I would highly recommend James and Arcadia lending.

  I recently tried refinancing with a well known large finance company in Detroit. After a month of no response from the mortgage banker and getting inconsistent information from their call center, I decided to call Arcadia Lending based on a Facebook review. It was a great choice to make as Darron Clauson was able to help me refinance in just a matter of a few weeks and I saved 1.50% on my interest rate. Darron was always responsive and proactive in reaching out before I had too. I highly recommend Arcadia Lending and Darron Clauson for your future mortgage needs. I closed my refinance with very little money down which is unheard of and besides the interest rate reduction, my monthly mortgage payment went down too!

  My wife and I refinanced with Arcadia late in 2020. We appreciated how patient Patrick was throughout the process and we never felt pressured. He went above and beyond to address our questions and concerns (even on weekends). In the end, we went with Arcadia and dropped our rate by over 1%. We would recommend them to any of our family and friends.

  Travis Dennison and the team from Arcada did a great job with my recent refinance. I originated my loan with them after finding them on Lending Tree, but they proactively reached out to me in late 2020 when market conditions became favorable for a refi. The whole process was great. They are fast, effective, and are able to offer aggressive rates. I highly recommend them!
