  T & I Credit Union has been a very dependable financial institution for me and my family for over 30 years. The convenience of on line banking has saves us many hours of travel since we moved away from Clawson. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable . Tony & Barb Bruno

  I've been a T&I CU Member all my life. I've also had to open accounts at other banks (not by choice). By far, the prompt courteous service, account choices, accuracy and business dealings are much better at T&I Credit Union

  Have been a T&I member for 66 years and always loved the family atmosphere and outstanding service. Most recently financed my new car at a great rate. Amy Straubel-Irby made the process seamless and simple. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

  I have other credit unions that I use but, I find the products and loan services are very customer friendly especially for refinancing. It is a smaller operation so you may have to wait a bit longer than larger credit unions and banks but as the saying goes good things come to those who wait.

  I've been a member most of my life, my dad set me up with a savings account when I was a young boy. My young boy (20 years old) was in need of building a credit score, he had none, zero credit. I called T&I, explained what he needed and Eva handed it all for him! He now has been approved for a loan, that he only needs to build credit and a T&I visa!! Thank you so much for all you do!!

  This is absolutely my go-to financial institution. Car loans, and now refinance home loan through them. Great service. Great rates. No huge conglomerate looking to "fee" you to death. Just nice people offering great, friendly, efficient service and working to make things easier for their customers. This is what makes credit unions superior to any bank or savings-and-loan. I'll never do business with a bank again.

  ⚠️ Warning ⚠️PLEASE DO NOT LET THE BLONDE TELLER (name starts with an M) TO TALK ON THE PHONE AND COUNT YOUR MONEY!!! She tried to short change my transaction. How I know this wasn't a mistake, like the supervisor wanted to play it off as, because the teller wanted to ARGUE with me about re-counting it. I feel like this was not an accident, for the simple fact she was trying to say the mistake was on my part, and she wouldn't re-count the money, until I started to get disgruntled! THEN MY $20 BILL APPEARED. If you cant hire anyone who is capable of counting money, then invest in a bill counter, and dont let tellers be on the phone when counting $6000, to avoid reviews like this one.

  Good morning Kelly. Our apologies for the delayed response as we were closed for the holiday weekend. We have looked into the matter and it is our understanding that while there was a counting error, it was resolved after being recounted.   I have been a member at this credit union almost 6 years the staff has always been very friendly and attentive. covid they have follow Covid safe procedures and have been taking all precautions to keep their members safe. Love having them as my credit union.
