  I have used Heritage Title Co for a number of years. From my sales rep Coey to Beth at the front desk and then my amazing closer Stacie they all give outstanding service and all are very prompt to any questions I have. I use the HTC app all the time to do net sheets and give Buyer's an estimate on closing costs. HTC is one of the title companies I always recommend.

  I have had the most terrible experience with your company. As the purchaser of a property I had no choice but to work with you all, and I am extremely displeased. You were very uncommunicative when trying to schedule the closing, leaving us hanging in the air until the day before closing. You did not send me any of the closing documents until I called 2 weeks later and requested them, you didnt send the closing statement to the solar company, the check to the insurance company was delayed to the point where they were calling me asking about it and the seller's final water bill wasnt paid for 2 months until I received a final balance transfer on MY account and called you all. To add the cherry on top, you paid the amount to the seller's account and I am having to wait for Denver water to transfer it to my account. Aside from getting me into the house, the rest of the experience has been like pulling teeth.

  The nice folks at this title company closed my loan. They were prompt and courteous throughout the process and their fees were very reasonable. We, the buyers, were out of state and one of the sellers had to travel out of the country unexpectedly just before closing. Nevertheless, Heritage was able to close the loan without any issues. Would be happy to use them again.
