  Just closed on our new house (over the holidays) and I was certainly impressed with Approved Mortgage. No hiccups, everything was ready to go well in advance of closing, communication was on point.   We were referred to Approved Mortgage by our friends several years ago for our first mortgage. We had a great experience, so it was no question we would use them again to refinance. The associate who worked with us as we refinanced was so helpful. He kept us updated on the status of our application and even communicated with us after office hours. The whole process was smooth. We definitely recommend this company for all your mortgage needs!
