  Was needing to consolidate from high interest, went and talked with Mike and Allison and they were awesome! Super friendly, explained everything very well, and handled everything from start to pay off. Very happy and will be a continued customer!

  Do not bank here unless absolutely necessary. In the past 2 days I've called customer service and this branch 6 times just trying to get information about my CAR LOAN to sell it. Every representative was rude and was quick to get me off the phone. First off, they don't have a formal 10 Day Payoff document so they sent a very elementary, unprofessional document. Had to call again because the first document didn't include all information. Then, the website, statements, and the app do not include your full account number. They will not send it to you or give it verbally. The 2nd rep told me she would email it but did not (of course). When the 3rd rude rep told me to go to the app, I advised her that I did but it only shows the last 4 digits. I asked her to walk me through it and she said she didn't know how to use the app (how professional) After complaining about the nightmare of an establishment on the messaging system on the app, the responder gave me my account number. I am getting rid of my car AND this bank. Rude and difficult. If Sarah, Meredith, or Donna pick up the phone, HANG UP.

  Another rude interaction. You never know if your gonna have someone friendly or rude. Now they close lobby to appointment ? And the lady was rude about only using the drive thru. I can go into any retail and food but not my bank? IMCU in Franklin does not have closed lobby. We left TCU due to relocation for this bank and havnt been very happy with many aspects. Bummer since 2 min from our new house. Opening acct today at Indiana members credit to see if better.

  I have always had such friendly service here when I pay my van payment there through shared branch. Not today. Pam Cooper was not so friendly today. The staff even had their personal vehicles parked in the drive through making customers get out of their cars to get to the ATM. They said there was a tornado and hail although neither happened. Kindness does make a difference Pam! A smile can make or break someones day!

  It sends who is working, but generally staff is very polite and friendly. Once I withdrew some money and didn’t realize they gave me $100 less than I pulled out until later that day. The next day I saw that they refunded the $100 saying they only gave me 100 less than what was taken out. 10/10 great, easy to work with credit union

  Pam @ the Franklin branch is a rude prude, they have always been rude, and non helpful! I have money in the account, and they still charge overdraft fees, because it was supposedly "non available", but itwas in the account! Screw this place!

  I have had nothing but great experiences with this credit union. Michael Jackson and his team at the credit union go above and beyond to help the customers. Highly recommend this credit union.

  Always greeted with a smile, always feel very welcome. They are so helpful, answering any questions about any of the products they offer. Nichole often waits on me, she is super friendly, and helpful!
