  I am new to this bank. It is the first bank I have ever been with in my entire life that doesn't have phone reps available 24/7. I have a transaction that needs to be completed right now but for some reason it is denying the charge! Funny how the only responses given are to the positive reviews, not the critical ones. Not impressed!

  Usually really good bank to deal with but I don’t have time to go in the bank and deposit a check, so I have to get the slips outside and just leave them in the drop box. Anyway, for the past 2 days, they haven’t had the slips and it’s really aggravating because a lot people don’t have time to go in early, and people got bills to pay. That’s all.

  Awful tellers. Messed up my loan payment so for the first time ever it looks like I am late. Wish I had the name of the lady who helped me because we have had experiences in the past. As soon as I can, my account will be moved. The only saving grace for this bank is that new debit cards are printed on sight but they get hacked constantly or malfunction.

  I am always impressed by good old fashioned customer service. These people are always friendly, helpful & kind. Going a step beyond what is expected. I love this bank.

  Worse workers ive ever had to deal with at a bank.always over drafts when i do not have over drafts employees are rude and do no care if the lose a anyone.
