  I currently have two loans with them that are in good standing. Yet get refused for a refinance because my ex wife ran up a credit card in 2005 and I paid a settlement amount. Said I will NEVER qualify for a personal loan or a refinance. Even though my one loan already is a refinance. Was told it slipped through the cracks and never should have happened. So I'm being penalized for paying off a settlement debt just the same as someone who made no attempt to pay off a debt at all. Even though this was 17 years ago. This bank obviously doesn't believe in second chances and holds a grudge...even towards existing customers.

  This may not be reflective upon this branch alone, but for APGFCU in general. Drive through line times have been incredibly long during this pandemic. The delay is absolutely understandable for safety precautions, but I do wonder if there is not an additional solution available to alleviate some of the wait times happening, whether it be additional staff members to help with transactions for traffic incurred by appointments and the drive through or something else. Currently have been in line for 20 minutes and will have to leave with still 5 cars ahead of me in a two line drive through.

  Walked right in and got a loan to purchase a new car. Took all of twenty minutes and that’s amazing! Everyone there is pleasant and anxious to be helpful. My bank for lifetime!

  I didn't even want to give them a one star - but I had to in order to leave a comment. I am very disappointed in this credit union - PA Credit Unions are so much different/ better. I give this credit union a 👎 down. Credit Unions are support to work with you and help you - Not APGFCU .

  It's a bank ! A Federal Credit Union. It's ok but if you need bank account help on A Weekend your out of luck !

  The most racist bank to people of color in the area! Underhanded to people of color. Please avoid this credit union, not worth the aggravation.
