  Elk mall branch was so not helpful. I went to the one on Main Street in Elkton MD and they were very helpful with an issue I was having. Went back to the Elk Mall branch and was helped by a teller that was great. So I guess it depends on who you are dealing with.

  The ATM on the inside of this branch malfunctions at least once a week. If you really care about the customer, fix this once and for all please.

  ATM machine is always broken and when attempting to try to speak to a banker he wasn’t helpful at all when I said I wasn’t hearing what was being asked since the machines look a decade old.
