  I was totally impressed with Helen's professional behavior and grace under pressure. She kept me informed and updated throughout the loan process. Even though there were small delays and system issues she took control of the process. This is .my second loan with is company. I will be back again if needed.

  First experience with Mariner was fine; I was sent an unsolicited check in mail for approx $2500. Was told if I wanted to use those funds to deposit in my account. No problem here. About a month later I ran into a personal health problem and requested some additional funds. This time I felt very bad concerning the process of applying and then when I disclosed my monthly income I was treated by the assistant manager with suspicion and was told a lesser amount would be offered because she didn't see I had personal checking deposits for the monthly income I truthfully revealed. I was basically being told I was being untruthful! My explanation with this person was dismissed by her as if it was not true.

  Contacted my branch about consolidating two loans into one. Had approval in one day. Done. Now have one loan instead if two. Great service, that is why I am a loyal customer.
