  Lynn was absolutely amazing. My parents' referred me to her when I started my home buying journey. She was helpful from the very first conversation through the entire process.   My experience with Laura was great. She was more than a lender. She was timely, efficient and so good at making me feel at ease. She always made herself available no matter the day, or hour. I wouldn't have anyone else handle my business. She in my opinion is the best in the lender business. I went through 4 lenders before I found Laura. I have highly recommended several people to her since she helped me and I will always send clients to her. Laura is phenomenal! Thanks again Laura!!

  Laura L’Italien was THE BEST mortgage lender! I was brand new to the entire home buying experience and Laura made this process so easy! She walked me through everything step by step and made sure that I was completing all necessary tasks with ease.   Laura was great from start to finish. As soon as she got my buyers pre approved, she was there when we needed her. When we wanted to put an offer in, and needed an estimate, she got it to me right away, even if it was outside of the regular business hours. Then, when our offer was accepted, Laura kept me very well informed about progress of the loan. Very smooth transaction. Thank you Laura.

  We had a poor experience with a 'large' mortgage company and contacted Laura L'Italien for assistance. She was able to get us approved and at settlement without any delays! She was up front, honest, and really did give 150% to our loan process. We would recommend her to friends and family!
