  Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty for us. Took care of everything from walking us thru the process and different options before we put in an offer, to talking the seller on our behalf, to locking in a rate minutes after we found out that our offer was accepted. I am convinced Ryan’s talk with the seller helped us win the bid in this competitive market. I don’t see myself financing any properties in the future without Ryan being on my team.

I will definitely in the near future use him and his team of people from APEX. He is definitely worth working with.   Buying anything that requires large amounts of money and documentation is very stressful. I was a bit on edge as I had a bad experience with a previous lender. Overall my experience with Apex, Jeffrey Campbell and Karley was positive for the most part a relatively smooth transaction. I would refer him to my friends and family. I will also use him for possible future purchases. Thank you Jeffrey and Karley once more.

  ABSOLUTELY AWESOME Experience with APEX Home Mortgage! Jaxon Lodge and the AHM Team were ‘On Top of it’ the ENTIRE way!! Their Council and Professionalism can only be described as EXEMPLARY!!! With uncanny Foresight they guided us through to an Unexpectedly LOW Rate, recommending we get ‘Locked in’ asap; Stating that financial indicators pointed to imminent and immediate interest rate increases, THANKFULLY we followed their WISE Advice and THEY got us ‘Locked In’ JUST in the nick of time💥LITERALLY $AVING us THOUSAND$!!!! — We couldn’t be more Pleased!!!   Our refinance couldn’t have been easier. We worked with Ryan H. over the phone got to know our situation and had some options right away. We weren’t really quite sure on which option to choose but he followed up a couple weeks later with even better news, the interest rates had come down. We went ahead with a cash out refinance he gathered all the information he needed and we uploaded documents on their easy to use website. In about a month we were ready to sign documents and it was just as easy. Definitely will recommend Ryan at Apex!
