  We worked with Steve when we bought our current house 4 years ago (he was referred to me by my realtor). From day one, it was obvious that Steve was a knowledgeable and experienced mortgage adviser. He worked diligently to try and get incorrect information on my credit reports adjusted by the credit bureaus, and advised me on the Fannie & Freddie requirements for buyers with prior short sales. When my wife and I finally found a house we wanted to buy, Steve VERY clearly outlined all the documentation required to process our loan application. He was in regular contact with our realtor, and his team at walked us through the entire process over email. It took just 2 weeks to get provisional approval, with final approval little more than a week later. This is my third home purchase, and by far the easiest from a financing perspective. I would gladly recommend Steve to anyone looking to obtain financing for home purchases - he and his team were professional, responsive, and more than helpful every step of the way! A few months ago, we refinanced our house with Steve, and again he made everything SO easy - he explains mortgages so much better than most brokers, has lots of patience, and he gets things done ON TIME and THE RIGHT WAY. Steve will be my first call if we ever have future mortgage needs, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve to people looking to finance their home purchase.
