  This place is really good for people who are new to the country and who has no credit history. the staff is really supportive and account opening process is also really easy. The loan rates were also really good and beats all the competition

  This place is a complete joke. On today I sold my car to a local merchant and was given wells fargo branded check. The check has instructions to verify the che k and ways to do it however the suggested I use. Courtesy pay in the mean time These ppl are jokes

  Amanda M. in the loan department is superb! Other staff pleasant, but she helped me through a rough experience with a car dealership. From beginning to end I really appreciated her patience, honesty, kindness and professionalism. Thanks to her I saved almost 200 a month by not going through with a bad deal on a new vehicle. Hopefully her employer recognizes how awesome she is!

  LaTesha Harpe in the loan department is rude and unresponsive. Ive been member of APCU for over 20 years and I soon as I refinance with another bank I'm taking my savings from apcu and moving to another credit union. I also left a message for Mike in the mortgage dept over 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear anything back. Terrible.

  the employees are excellent but the credit union seems to be behind the times when it comes to notifying members. The internet website has been down for 2 plus days with a word from the credit union stating what the problem is with the website. I don't know whether they have been hacked or but because the credit union has not given any statement via email or their web page. It's 2019 you must do better.

  I would give them a zero if I could, just incompetent individuals working there. The workers act like you are a waste, and the security breaches at this bank is ridiculous. I have changed my account number over 8 times because they allow so many fraudulent charges. People can be in another state, and this bank will allow the transaction to go through, but when its actually you trying to make a transaction, they have the nerve to send you a text asking if the transaction is fraudulent. I left the bank, and that was the best decision I 've made regarding my finances.

  I'm a huge fan of APCU! I grew very tired of the big banks and their infinite fees.
