  If you absolutely need and I'm putting a real emphasis on need would I say it's okay to use Mission Financial Services. If you can do without I'd say you should because it's a high probability you're going to dig yourself in a deeper hole with them. I'm not being disgruntled my loan was satisfied with no missing or late payments.

  I know I was taking advantage of mission finacial. Is really outrageous eyegouging intrestest rate at 39%. Is They keep at 39% cause if they higher it on point more it is considered usuary which is illegal. My credit was above average to start with. I never missed a payment.My credit did not improve after I was done with Mission Financial.The Credit loan lady Ms.V who I don't want to disgrace said she was going to refinance it to lower interest rate. After more than a year she never lowered interest rate. I would not recommend Mission Financial to any one.It is form of modern Day Slavery. Which is why they cannot do business in most states. I

  Extremely racist and unprofessional company. I've had multiple loans, and paid off loans with different companies and have never experienced anything like this in my life. They lie and say they have called when they haven't. Then when you call them they do not answer phone calls or will purposefully ignore calls from numbers they recognize like school girls would do. They will duck and dodge questions and refuse to allow you to speak to the regional management in charge, cursing, yelling and acting as uncivil as possible to CLIENTS. They do not care about their customers nor apparently their own reputation, seeing as how unethical, dishonorable, and disreputable they are.

  The staff @ Mission Financial (Jonesboro, GA) exhibit excellent customer service & are always sensitive & attentive to the clients needs and or issues...Has been an absolute pleasure work with them on my initial & second loan...Top Tier Staff from management on down. They really make You feel like FAMILY!!!

  I have had the best experience with mission financial. Ms. Karen Johnson was the most patient and understanding person to deal with. I woykd recommend this company to anyone.

  Well back in 2010 I used Mission Financial to buy my first tractor. 2006 Freightliner that I still have today. I went through Terri and Yessica in the Phoenix office I believe, or Tucson but anyway I would've given 5 stars. This time around it seems like it doesn't matter to Mission if I do business with them or not. In fact I just got off the phone with the other finance company. Much more attentive than Mission has been here lately. Looks like I'm gonna go with this other company. Sorry, guys

  I financed a vehicle with this company back in 2010. A tree fell on the car with me and my kids in it, and was totaled out. The damages were supposed to come from the apartment complex that the tree fell from. Well still as of 01/12/2018, MISSION FINANCIAL, has that I had a $2035 balance due, being that they were to receive a check, IN FULL, from the complexes insurance company. NOW, they have that I owe them a little over $7k. These people are CROOKS and there was NO ACTIVITY on my credit or from this company, until I purchased another new vehicle last year. I WILL NOT PAY THEM ONE RED HOT CENT because I still have my paperwork from the insurance company and adjusters, along with pictures and estimates/appraisals that I will have a lawyer looking into.......certified THIEVES!! Need to be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

  That is thru. They are the worst company to deal with and they discriminate you for your last name. They put someone that speak Spanish to sweet talk to you. They let me fix my truck them repose from me. So far they don't want to give me the amount (10 days to pay but I have to wait for a certified mail) and with the hidays k hace not received the note. Of course the REGIONAL MANAGER EMAIL is not been given to me yet

  Financed my first truck a few years back when I started as an owner operator. Never had any issues. They gave me a fair shot to succeed with no hidden fees and headaches.

  Mrs Banks and the whole staff has been absolutely wonderful. I have a place to call family in the transportation industry. So who is my family ??? Mission Financial services !
