  Michele did a great job throughout the entire home buying process. As a first time homebuyer, the process was daunting but she was very responsive and helpful. She even called me from her vacation! She is able to close a loan very quickly which definitely contributed to my ability to get a house in a very competitive Sacramento market. The rates she was able to get were very low even though they had been rising consistently the past couple months. She is also willing to go to bat for you. She dealt with the title company dragging their feet and used her network to help make my offers as competitive as possible. As someone who generally prefers to do things themselves, Michele's assistance made me realize the value of having a knowledgeable broker on your side. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Greater Sacramento area!

  I could not be happier with Michelle Milota and Answer Home Loans! We tried using two different companies to get our home refinanced and kept getting the run around. When I called Michelle I told her we had a complicated loan and needed it done quickly and she said, “No problem!” She had our home refinanced in 2 weeks (there were holidays)! She was extremely responsive and her communication with us and the entire team was what got this done quickly. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or refinancing a home. She was awesome!!

  I have worked with Michele Milota for both the refinance of my condo and the purchase of my new house. She is extremely responsive, professional and very nurturing. The process of buying a house can be overwhelming to put it nicely and Michele was there for me at every freak out. We offered a 17 day close and it has taken only 14 days.
