  I was charged a monthly service fee for several months when I was told there was no fee. They forgot to link my savings and checking. The branch manager originally did not want to credit my fees back. She never called me back when she was supposed to so I had to go in the bank to take care of it. She offered no apology or empathy and was rather rude. They also opened up a line of credit on my account without my permission. The bank representatives (Alvin) are awesome. Thus, the 2 star. The bank manager could care less about your experience.

  If I could give them zero stars I would!! Worst bank ever and the branch manager Monica is no help. They will not assist u do not bring your business to this bank. I opened account feb and was changed a service fee before even getting the debit card and account information. Called the call center and the company doesn’t even know their own guidelines. They tell u one thing and then u speak to someone else and it’s completely different.

  Cheryl Olsen, Senior Service Officer, is the one who definitely responsible for 5 star rating at this Bank of the West location. Cheryl is extremely professional, courteous, and customer oriented banker. Thank you very mych for your help, Cheryl.

  This was the worst experience I have ever had at a bank. The people are slow and very rude. I would never bank here or recommend anyone banks here. Bank of the west is trash!!!! Especially in Elk Grove..

  Had to wait 1 hour in the drive thru window. I understand our current situation, but they need to find a way to get people in and out faster.

  Bad Always Short In employees waiting time is between six hours it’s easier to go to the other branch and finished the job
