  Convenient location for me: however it has the slowest ATM ever! Also there never seems to be adequate staff and managers change much too often. I’m a US Bank for over 25 years but this branch is disappointing.

  I understand this location being closed due to COVID but this is the second time this week that the ATM has been down. At least last time there was a sign explaining it was not operational but this time I had the joy of walking up to a black screen that was unresponsive. How can this bank make any kind of claim about its customer service if it can’t even keep a second ATM operational in Elk Grove. This is complete garbage and I’ll be looking into a more reliable banking service. Y’all suck.

  I like the people personally, however the amount of mistakes and time required on my behalf to fix them time and again is not acceptable. If there was another option without going another 20 minutes out of my way I wouldn't continue to conduct business at this branch. I've had more issues in the last year here than I did before moving at our original branch for over 8 years combined. I rarely see the manager and when I do she's locked in her office while the line piles up right outside. I understand there are directives from corporate regarding allowed hours and staff which has been sited as a reason for the excessive waits, but she as manager should help out more when needed.

  Lazy employees. If you do not like counting money, don't work at a bank. If the manager is present they put on a good act but, otherwise, they will give you the run-around and cite policies that do not exist so that they don't have to count your money. Find a different branch if you care even slightly about customer service.
