  Very little communication, fails to respond to calls and emails in a timely fashion or not at all. Needs to gain more knowledge of FHA guidelines and qualifications when working to screen and accept applications. Extreme lack of responsibility for errors made on lenders side with no acknowledgment or compassion for the customer. Needs to focus on learning more effective Communication skills with business partners and clients!

  I would give Paul James more than 5 stars if I could. He went above and beyond during the entire process. Even during a very stressful personal situation that caused delays, Paul was nothing but understanding, kind, and patient. I have no doubt I got the best deal and absolutely could not beat the customer service. Would definitely use Annie Mac and Paul again!
