  FBC Mortgage, Kristin Hawkins especially, is wonderful to work with. Whether an new home purchase or a refinance you are guided through the entire process and someone is ALWAYS available if you have questions, issues or concerns. After working with FBC on multiple projects over the years, I have never been disappointed. Kristin Hawkins is fabulous to work with. Always understanding of any situation, good or bad. She has the answers you need to make informed decisions. I do so highly recommend FBC Mortgage!!!

  Kristin and her team assisted us with a mortgage for our new home. Being new to the experience we depended on her to guide us through the ever complicated subject of home buying. Her support and compassion were a Godsend to us. She responded quickly to every question we had (and we had a lot). She worked closely with us and came highly recommended by our realtor. We were not dissappointed. Kristin is the bomb and we would not go anywhere else for mortgage needs

  Calm in the middle of the COVID pandemic. We called a few other local places for comparison, and Kristin Hawkins at FBC provided the calmest and most organized discussion about a mortgage. She acknowledged the unusual situation (global pandemic), and said we could modify plans as necessary. This calm approach was maintained for the entire experience, and seemed (in many ways) to be smoother than our experience getting a mortgage about 5 years ago, in relatively normal global economic/health conditions. FBC provided great online signing accessibility for all steps prior to actual closing, and Kristin was easy to reach by phone when necessary. Given the (regular and pandemic-related) constraints on the overall mortgage industry, this was probably about as seamless as it could have been. Highly recommend.

  I have a mortgage with this company..........THE WORST DECISION I EVER MADE.........IF you ever use them....DO NOT TRUST THEM. If you have them and they offer "help" after a hurricane in the form of a forbearance DO NOT TAKE IT......it is a ploy to STEAL your house. I took their "help" after a storm, and they told me they would allow to skip 3 payments, and they would add the payments to the end of the note.......A LIE. I used the money to put a roof on my house, (plus $9K out of pocket), but at the end of the 3 months, they wanted ALL OF THE MONEY back now OR ELSE.....FORCLOSURE...... well the LIARS did not get my house, I cashed in a emergency fund, and paid them back in full..... I remind them every time I send a payment..........I HATE YOUR GUTS FBC AND EVERY ONE WHO WORKS THERE......you can't have my house you lousy rats.
