  I was recently had banking issues and I went to the Jonesville branch and was helped by an associate named Casandra. I want to thank you for having such qualified persons as her. She was kind and very professional. In a matter of minutes she had my problems solved. She knows her job and I want to let you know that I appreciate her and Campus Credit Union, I don’t understand why anyone would bank anywhere else. Thank you

  Clean, usually pretty quick service. Lots of really great helpful employees. Jessica was incredible - she worked really hard for me on something and Morgan is always the best! So much nicer than a regular bank - everyone here really seems to care and to be eager to help in any way.

  My husband and I opened a joint checking account at Campus in Jonesville after our wedding! We went in on a Saturday, and met with Jeff! What a great guy! Explained everything to us, and was very helpful! I walked in to Campus today, and asked for Jeff. While still working with a customer hr came out and said "I'll be right with you Carley"! If that's not great customer service I don't know what is! He again answered all of my questions, and was genuine! So if your headed to Campus in Jonesville and need a little help give Jeff a shout out!

  Home town feeling when I saw Jeff at the Jonesville branch. He was helpful and professional. I have seen Jeff on 2 different times and each time he makes you feel relaxed. Of course it is nice when the the bank makes money lol. It he is good at is job thanks Jonesville

  The team is amazing and personable! Never a question left unanswered or doubt in my mind when I go to this location. Thank you to all of the staff! Cassandra Barron specifically is one I looked forward to dealing with occasionally!!

  We have been members with Campus USA for over 10 years. We recently worked with Jennifer Newsom and were reminded why we have stayed for so long. She was prompt, friendly, and very professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

  I love Campus CU, but in times of Covid... Jonesville has an elderly teller who sits with no mask and is coughing repeatedly. My teller said he had a sinus condition that prevented mask wearing, and then snarkily commented "good luck waiting on a vaccine." AND they had no sanitizer in their stand. It's one thing that employees that work together don't wear masks around each other, but this is a customer-centric location and job.

  Of the 4 banks I use on a daily basis, Campus USA is always the most courteous, responsive & least time consuming. That is everything I am looking for in my banking experience!
