  Annelle went the extra mile with us during our refinance. She was attentive to our wants/needs and was very easy to understand as she explained each step along the way. She was reassuring and positive about obtaining the best interest rate possible. She didn't hesitate to stop by for paperwork outside of "normal" business hours.
