  I don’t take the time to do many reviews but when you receive the service level , efficiency, and most importantly the best rates it needs to be recognized. Marty is the most down to earth business professional I’ve dealt with. He’s informative, approachable with any questions , and is a zero pressure businessman.   Have worked with the team at Annapolis First for many finances and refinances - most recently a tight turn around on a refinance for an investment property at the same time as financing a new home. Lots of documents, lots of moving parts and the team at Annapolis First didn’t miss a beat. They got us the best (and I mean BEST) rates and closed ahead of schedule.   Marty and Mel provide the best service possible. They are extremely knowledgable, easy to work with, patient, and stay on top of your loan process. I've worked with several good mortgage brokers but Marty & Co are by far the best experience I've had.
