  Angela is one of the best agents I've worked with. She is on top of everything, always responding to my messages almost immediately whether it's on weekends or late at night. She cares about me as a person far more than "yet another customer." I always feel supported and never embarrassed when asking the most basic questions. Her explanations were thorough and to the point. I appreciate all the insights she provided. She also went extra miles to help me reduce costs, which is not what I expected from a loan agent. The one thing that really moved me is that AFTER loan closing I found out an extra charge by the bank due to a mistake on my part. As soon as I told her about it, Angela sought help from multiple people across different departments with PNC. The refund hit my bank only after TWO DAYS of the incorrect charge -- a speed unheard of for a mortgage bank. As someone who also run a support organization, I understand how hard it is to reach this level of customer focus. I want to extend my appreciate to Angela and all supporting staff at PNC. They deserve recognition. I would definitely choose Angela and PNC for my next loan.

  I highly recommend Angela and PNC bank! The re-finance of my primary home was a breeze. Angela is extremely knowledgeable and probably one of the best mortgage officer I have worked with. She was able to guide me step by step throughout the process and kept me updated if any documents needed my immediate signatures to avoid any delays. She was available virtually anytime of the day through text/call and kept my interests for refinance as her priority.   I highly recommend Angela for getting your home loan. Housing market has been crazy and getting a SFH in bay area in 2021-2022 is extremely difficult. It took me over a year to shop around and Angela had been offering great help in keeping my pre-approval letter updated for all the time. When I'm finally in contract, Angela did an amazing job in clearing a big blocker on my side to get my loan approved. Angela works hard on my loan and she is very transparent with me about the process. Working with Angela, you can clearly see how your loan makes progress and whenever you have doubts, Angela would answer your questions clearly.

  Angela did the excellent job to close my purchase loan, which is a very complicated loan application with the best rate. She is quick responsive, patient and professional to answer all my questions and explain the process in details. She also coordinate and resolve any special cases promptly.   Angela is really responsible and patient. The rate is the best rate I can find. My case is a new developed home. While most of our neighbors who find the preferred lender(have cooperation with the builder) even cannot close on time, she (as an outside lender) help me to push every document and make it close on time. You can always trust her! Recommend her hundred percent!
