  I am not sure if Diane Kim works at this location or not, but she is a Loan Officer that services the Cupertino Area. In my opinion, I would NOT work with her or trust her. She is very unprofessional and unreliable and might even be dishonest. I sent her an email, cc'd my husband and bcc'd myself. 3 or 4 days later, no response. Reached out again, she claimed she never received the email. Everyone received the email, accept her. Sent her (forwarded) the email again and instead of her responding to the 5 simple questions, she asked us to call her. Told her I had a busy day, wouldn't be able to call by evening, she then says to call her that night. Annoyed, I outright asked her if she had a problem answering the questions in email. She answered, but wouldn't give me interest rates. Said she couldn't, but I ended up finding them on the website. SHADY! I then sent her an email asking for her availability for us to call, 3 days later, no response. I would not dare do business with this woman. To unreliable to be trusted, in my opinion.

  TL;DR: Useless branch, better call the BofA customer support. - Your online payment for your credit card didn’t go through for some reason? This branch cannot help you with this issue, you need to call the number on the back of your card. - You need to unblock your card for the freaking payment to go through (please take my money guys)? This “financial center” cannot process this operation, call the number on the back of the card. - You need to close the damn card that you have with them? Yep, call the number on the back. - Maybe they could process the payment from your debit card or directly from your checking account with another bank? Nope, they don’t have “the machine” to process this operation. Well, then my main question is: WHAT CAN YOU ACTUALLY DO AT THIS “FINANCIAL CENTER”?! What a waste of rental space and time. I had to wait for 20+ minutes in line just to learnh all of the above mentioned information. 🤦🏻‍♂️

  One of the worse customer service in any bank I have been to. I was in line for 15 minutes while 3 employees sitting on their desks playing with their phone. Very poor management. I am closing my account. I have been a customer since 1981. I am done with this poor service.

  Ten people in line, one person working the teller. Two other employees sit in their offices pretending everything is all good. Two customers just left. Everything ok, B of A?

  Bad. Was next in line waiting for the banking services. The bankers was upselling these Chinese students and took almost 20 min or more. Both walked in to get a replacement card and instead walked out with service they will not need.

  the lady did not know how to cash my unemployment debit card she told me it was declined she was working at the 19376 branch in cupertino CA the (A) lady to best describe who she was, on the far left side as I would face the teller. I have told her that I hade 9 in my account left the uemployment BFA card is different from your regular ACCT. She's dosen't know how to do her job!

  Very bad customer service too much waiting very few cashiers. I had to left the bank many times because the waiting time was too much to cashing a check 👎👎👎👎 Bank of America is going down, before it was one of the best banks and the fastest but now every Bank of America is disappointed 😔

  Yes...ALWAYS a waiting line...why??? My other bank has NEVER a waiting line!!! I would NEVER bank with Bof A... but I had to for other reasons

  Alex sorted out some new cards for me. I was blown away by the quality of service. He really went the extra mile.

  Really poor service & very slow. Only 2 teller open on Saturday I was in line for 15 min waiting to help me
