  Kyle was really patient and explained the pros and cons of each of the several options available, at each step. He went above and beyond in letting me know the basics, since this was my first home in several years. He even prepared me for a few common mistakes that could delay closing. A minor issue: little more details on the exact dates the funds are required from my end would have helped me figure out the best (and least expensive) way to get them ready, but looking back at the bigger picture, that may have been better than risking closing late or not closing.

  I have worked with a handful of loan officers from different banks. In my experience, Kyle is the best. He is very responsive, genuinely cares about the customers and strives to do the best. I was working with a different loan officer who was awful and got taken over by Kyle in the middle of a transaction. After Kyle got involved, the entire process took a 180 and my experience went from worst to the best. PNC bank is very lucky to have him. Edit:typo

  I worked with Kyle on a HELOC for my house. The first time we talked on the phone, Kyle took the time to educate me on how HELOC works, and gave me information on the rates. PNC bank’s rate is the best I see, even the notary says that. The application process was the easiest through the 6 loans I have done in the past. What surprised me most was how fast they moved. I got the HELOC conditional approval within 2 weeks while some banks had taken 45 days. Kyle has always been responsive for any questions I have. I would definitely recommend Kyle for any loan needs.

  We had a great experience working with Kyle on our recent refinance. He kept us in the loop and answered questions along the way. He reached out when we were moving forward or needed to provide additional information and I always felt like I knew where the process was at in the timeline. He was also very quick to reply to emails and other messages, typically on the same day. We just closed on the refinance and Kyle worked with us to get a great rate that will save us quite a bit over the life of our loan!

  Unlike many lenders, Kyle makes time for his clients. He is extremely helpful and his directions for using his website are very clear and he works hard to make sure his clients round up all the necessary information. The whole loan process with Kyle is smooth and quick.

This was not our first time working with Kyle and we knew the excellent quality of work that he does perform, so we were not surprised that he, once again, delivered.   Kyle guided us expertly through the byzantine process of applying for a home equity loan. And, thanks to Kyle, we secured one. Throughout the whole process, he was a joy to work with. Yes, he had a great grasp on what he was doing. Yes, he was ruthlessly efficient and prompt. We valued all of Kyle’s professional traits. But, far more important to us, he was kind and patient (there’s an outside chance he had to answer the same question more than once). He treated us as if we were his only concern – not once did he seem hurried or distracted. He also explained things clearly (not always easy for professionals close to a subject) – a real boon to any client who might have skipped an advanced degree in economics. On a simple note, he was plain human. And a good one at that.
