  When others won't help this could possibly be the place that will. Brought may game disc and cartridges here and couldn't be happier. Excellent service and he also fixes laptops.

  Just got the best deal of the day! Got a Yamaha audio mixer from this place and I don't think that anybody can beat it at their price. Thanks to Rafael and Vinnie Paul. You rock guys... Would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and will come back again soon. Oh! and by the way, did I mentioned that their price is negotiable? Thanks again guys. 😀

  My experience with Huber's Pawn was good. I came in from out of town to go to a graduation. I unfortunately got lost. I stop by Huber's Pawn and asked for directions. The gentleman behind the counter offered to help and took time to point me in the right direction. I decided to look around the Pawn Shop since I still had free time. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the Pawn Shop. Some prices on items were high but the employee offered to negotiate on price. I have been to many Pawn Shops through out my age and I was very impressed with Huber's Pawn. The employee here was very professional and polite. He took time to answer many of my questions I had on some items. I am a elderly man and I am not up to date on technology so I was happy to learn a few things today. I highly recommend Huber's Pawn for a place of business. I will return again when I am back in Lubbock.

  My impression of Huber's Pawn Shop was good. I didn't have to wait in long lines. The business seems under staffed, but the individual that helped me did his best. He took time on educating me on pawn loans. Most other pawn shops have rude employees that try to rush you out the door and I didn't get that here. I highly recommend Huber's Pawn Shop for business .

  I am NEVER coming back to this place! I pawned my HP laptop with small crack on screen and 2 weeks later when I went to redeem it the screen was severely cracked like it had been dropped and the screen was falling from the frame. The manager told me that there was nothing he could do for me. Looked at me like I was trying to scam the business for a new screen. Now I am out $400+ to repair what was done there at this business. I strongly recommend that you go to any other pawn shop in Lubbock rather than this one. If they would’ve have admitted that it was an accident I would of been ok about it, but the fact that they made it seem like it was all my fault is just messed up.

  I'm a huge fan of Huber's. Raphael is always fair with loans and will give you every oppurtunity to get your pawn out before you lose it. Cash America pulls it the very next day after your last day of grace...no exceptions. The only reason I did not give 5stars is because of the prices on the items in the shop. They are too high in my opinion. Almost retail in some instances. But they do layaway!

  Ridiculous service, they refused to pay for damages that they clearly did to our laptop. The whole screen came off, when we checked it at pickup and they said they didn’t do the damage, as if they would have taken it like that when we brought it. Only thing they wanted to offer was to put in a new screen that they wanted us to purchase, as if we would want them to touch anymore of our things. Do Not bribg your stuff here!!! Will never come back!!!
