  We used Andrew to sell our home and buy a new one. Both experiences were outstanding. He is a full time agent and there was constant communication through the whole process.   I met Andrew Michael through a Zillow ad for a rental home in Saint Augustine. Andrew responded to my inquiry immediately, set up a showing, and completed the on boarding process all within an approaching hurricane. He has followed up and made sure everything was right in the home and corrected the few small issues with the owner. He is professional, timely, and friendly.   Andrew was awesome throughout the entire home purchase process. From the work he did prior to the exploratory trip, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. He's a true pro. If you are moving to the Jacksonville area--there is only one realtor to use--and that is Andrew. His greatest attribute, "he listens" and then asks thought provoking questions which insures you get what you really want. We will definitely use his services again.

  Andrew has helped us sell one home and purchase two in the last three years & we will never use or recommend another realtor. He is very knowledgeable in the market. He listened to & accommodated all our needs as "picky" home buyers. Andrew is very known in the community - I feel like everyone we met in the process knew of him & always had great things to say. When he listed our home he took no short cuts - from staging, to floorplans, a walk-through video...he did it all! We've always been very impressed with his work, plus, he is fun to be around in a stressful/exciting time. If you want to get more bang for your buck - call Andrew!

  My husband and I just purchased a new home and the best decision we made in the process was choosing Andrew Michael for our realtor. He and his office handled just about every aspect of home buying except for choosing the house! He was kind, friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and used his expertise to help us select the best house for our family. Admittedly we were a bit picky and we looked at many houses, but that didn't daunt Andrew at all; he worked closely with us every step of the way. He used text, email, and phone calls to keep us informed on every aspect of the house hunting and then the purchasing process.   Andrew does not care about anyone selling a home that's below "Nocatee" prices. He was very hard to get a hold of & his commision prices are almost double for other realtors who were much more attentive and successful at selling a home. Would not recommend unless you want to get ignored and ripped off.
