  We had a great experience working with Andie and his team getting us into our home, he was always very informative and ready to listen to what we were unsure of. We actually took about two years to get going on an actual purchase due to unforeseen life events but when we were ready andie was right there ready to pick up right where we left off. All the team was also very pleasent to work with and communication was never an issue. Thank you Team Esquivel!!

  Just wanted to comment on the excellent service provided by Andie Esquivel, a Senior Loan Originator with Castle & Cooke Mortgage. Andie could not have been more helpful in handling all the details of applying for and setting up my mortgage loan. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process, being especially conversant with down-payment programs to assist first-time homebuyers like me. Andie was never too busy to explain things or resolve issues, promptly returning phone calls and answering questions, like the consummate professional he is. I would recommend him to anyone.

  From the moment we walked in to start the process of purchasing our first home we experienced nothing but out standing service. Andie let us know everything we needed to and helped us get qualified. We found our dream home and Andie kept close daily contact every step of the way. He always made sure we knew everything that was going on and understand it all. Buying a house has a lot of paper work and he made sure we were comfortable with the process. We highly recommend Castle & Cooke Mortgage because they will do everything to make sure you know what you are getting into and will not push you into something you are not comfortable with.
