      Wasted 2 trips to this place to get a simple notary that they claim to service 24hrs a day. First time staff's notary stamp had expired. Second time staff was unable to help get an affidavit notorized. Gentleman that helped tonight was at least kind about it.

      Please don’t go to Amscot to make a payment because they won’t respond if they mistakenly made a payment to the wrong account. On 8/4/2021 at this Amscot location in Altomente Springs, an employee made a payment to my utility bill INSTEAD of my lot rent on 8/4/2021 at exactly 11 pm (Window D28). Today, it is October 19th, 2021 and Amscot is only refunding me the money that I paid but not the late fees accrued because the employee at Amscot didn’t pay the correct account for my lot rent. So, now, there is $449.98 difference that I have to pay out of pocket for late fees accrued because an employee wasn’t paying attention and paid the wrong account. I am so very very angry with the way Amscot is handling things right now. Corporate was contacted and I even spoke to a person by the name of David who refused to correct the issue even with the letters that was stating that I owed that much more for late fees. It specifically said on the letter that is owed that much for more for not paying August rent and he stated that I’m being charged for other things. These people are thieves and are not being held responsible of an Amscot employee makes a mistake. Please think about it twice before coming to Amscot to make any type of payment. They will not respond to you for any mistakes that are made by an employee of there’s.

      It's in an ideal location across the street from Best Buy. During the holidays or even a special day you can Western Union to send or receive cash. Then walk to Best Buy with little to no effort for a great gift for your loved one or find an ideal home appliance. Do not forget you may ask for a small loan you can pay back within a week & have your paycheck cashed if you don't have direct deposit to your local bank.

      Amscot used to be the go to place for payday loans for unexpected bills. Recently they need to be paid back within a week of the loan. The problem is a week isn't enough to get paid for overtime, extra work. So we needed to find another place to borrow from that will not need to be paid back immediately and causing us to pay double interest for 2 loans. I recently found another company that will allow a loan to be paid back in a month, also offering installments if it was needed. This all is an expensive option for emergencies but keeping a loan for more than a week makes more financial sense. We will not be returning to AMSCOT.

      This branch was great . I called early morning with questions and the manager answered promptly and accurately . Once I came in to do my transaction I didn’t get what I was asking for but the manager (TOYA) who was wearing a white shirt and was fun sized with a energetic great soul tried her very best to accommodate me with amazing customer service skills . Good job 👏 I definitely left with a smile . The location was organize and clean and the staff well managed and trained .

      I never seen so much rude and unprofessional from a women or from a manager in my life. I will never go back there as long as she is there. If I knew her name I would say it. She is Hispanic dark skin white shirt with no soul. She should not be the manager. You lost a great customer! She should be fire. If this continues more loyal customer will walk out

      Teang the supervisor ALWAYS have an attitude with me & my husband every Sunday when we come ask for $20.00 in quarter's. She know we come every Sunday, yet try & charge us a DIFFERENT price every time. Today, she walked off in the middle of a transaction BEFORE i could ask for the change, SHE KNEW I WAS GOING TO ASK! I DO IT EVERY SUNDAY. SHE THEN CAME BACK & SLAMMED THE QUARTERS DOWN AND WALKED AWAY AGAIN. MY HUSBAND YELLED "THANK YOU" THREW THE GLASS. I called and asked for corporate number & she wanted to handle it, I told her NO! That I was sick of her attitude and I'm making a formal complaint. I'm sick of her bad customer service!

      i am never and i mean ever going back to this amscot ever again. The manager of the store was unprofessional, racist, un civil, low class person for a human! I was suppose to get cash like anyone else from my parents hometown in monteria colombia that was sent by my aunt for my birthday money (which is coming up) and the women started integrating me, cross examine me asking me if this was DRUG MONEY? are you serious? i explain to her its my BIRTHDAY MONEY. i even had proof my aunt was sending it to me (who is not a drug lord) i showed all the documents and i even spoke to western union and they talk to her on the phone and explain there shouldn't be a problem. But she was too pride and un civil to see that, Thanks again! i hope she reads this you know who u are, i had witness and security camera to witness all this and people wh care reading this please stay away from this amscot if anything i will only go back when she is fired! because she does not deserve to be in a position like that! questioning like i am some kind of THUG! I hope this message humbles her because i will let everyone know not to come to a place where a women is so rude to a customer. thats bad for business honey. Clearly she is not street or book smart so in other words since she is bad for business forgive my language but she is stupid...beyond stupid! The customers that where there were on my side. and couldn't believe what they were seeing! thank you!

      I needed to exchange rolled coins for cash so I could pay bills. This location told me it was a service not offered by them. Normally I would use a bank but it's Friday night and I need to pay bills.. the gateway crossing location (by my job) said they do it, but have a $100 limit. Ohkay, understandable, no issues. Wnet home to grab pre-rolled change and went to the amscot near home. (436 and oxford) and they did it as well. Unfortunately their change bins were almost full and could only exchange $70. (Once again understandable, no problems) but the fact that this location denied the service that 2 other nearby ones provided is less than appealing... just use a different amscot location.

      If I could place 0 stars I will, the worst service ever I received, tried to send money thru Western Union and Amscot said they don't want to send the money, I feel a big discrimination from this company.
