  About 10 years ago, I decided to use tax care to straighten out my personal taxes as well as to help incorporate my business. Needless to say that relationship has grown into a 10 year venture. Within that time frame, Tax care has made my tax burden a non existent one. They keep me well informed with detailed emails and also with their portal system, which i can see everything i need concerning my personal and business taxes. Communication is key with them. I can always reach an actual person instead of the automated spider web of extentions.

  Tax Care has always given my husband and I the knowledge we need to make our business what it is today. They also have been my son and his wives accountant over the past couple of years, and they love them as well. This Tax season was a little more of a wait; thus I take it that it was tax season and they do have a large amount of clients.   One of their independent contractors filed my taxes incorrectly with misinformation and I'm now dealing with the IRS. Terrible of them to work irresponsibly like this with teenagers who are seeking help by paying for a professional service. Complete waste of time and energy.
