  Went to get 3 pages notarized. I will not name the man who helped me, but he was argumentative and had no clue what he was doing. At first refusing to notarize my documents stating it was against policy with no explanation. Finally, he understood what I was explaining to him and notarized the documents, which was a hefty $30 that I had to take out of ATM?! And of course pay their ATM fee. He didn’t apologize or thank me. I will never use this location again.

  Jason is by far the best rep i’ve encounter at an amscot thus far! He really knows his stuff always with a smile and spectacular customer service skills. He always greets me by my name and every time i’ve been in there getting my money orders or paying bills he is the same with everyone else. Even when he is by himself he works so quickly and efficiently, he lets everyone know he will be right with them and treats everyone with respect and is always a helping hand. This is def my favorite location because of it i’m always in and out def recommend all my friends and family to come here!

  AMSCOT is my bestie.... They help me financially when I need it, fast; no questions asked. Free Money Orders is so amazingly great. One thing I always love is their excellent customer service. They make me feel at home... I love it!

  A black lady was rude with me I know they change quarters and Penny's in amscot and I REALLY DO IT BEFORE I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS HER PROBLEM. she really no wanna count it. And she gave me attitude. this happen at 7:20 pm 12/15/18 check on the cámera. if she was a cashier she would have to count EVERYTHING!!!! DONT BE LAZY!!!! Work somewhere else more easier for your capacity!!!! What a retarded black lady u are. SHAME ON YOU!!!!! When I left she was laughing behind on my back. This has been the worst time I have been treated at amscot.

  This amscot is always so helpful and nice to me and my kids. Always smiling faces when I'm in there. Thanks for good service

  Just a pretty disappointing experience over all, as soon as the clerk saw me I could see it her eyes she was not intending on assisting me, made me wait around for over an hour...made me drive home and back for additional documents, only to waste my time and decline me...she did everything to discourage me from getting assistance there and I never will again.
