  Worst customer experience I've ever had. The 1 star reviews do not do justice to this place. Fufill your money needs somewhere else as this place will not tell you about fees and will fail to do their job properly. I regret coming here 100%

  People are so kind at this location! Very understanding and professional. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Recommend this company and location to everyone.

  I don’t understand all of the bad reviews. I have had a grate experience every time I’ve went in. They where alway super nice and helpful. All my checks in 2021 my last name was missing a letter and know one would help me . ( because it was a lot of money ) but they were Patient and sat on the phone and verified each check!

  The customer service there SUCKS they talk underneath their breath to each other, and then they look at you like you are garbage compared to them. Me and my family have never felt more disrespected. I highly recommend hiring new people and letting these ones go.

  If I can give star in negative, I will do it. Bad customer service; they create problems for me, I felt like I am in interrogation room ( they ask personal questions) for nothing I went to receive my money after a long time waiting they told that I have to provide them with my SSN. Which is doesn’t make any sense to me why I should give my SSN. They aren’t professional at all, I don’t recommend this branch for anybody

  If the is stars in minus I'll put for this branch. We want to receive 15 hundred western union and after 20 minutes waiting with Joe the branch manager he ask a lot of questions like what you going to do with the money! Then he said I can't give it to you! Then we went to publix and the give us the money in less than 5 minutes without any question.

  Needed a Notary with 2 witnesses. The woman said they could do both. She called the 2 male employees over and showed both of them what they needed to do. The first guy signed ON BOTH LINES. So then she asked me if I could email the form to sign back to her, so they could print another one. After 3 tries, they still weren't receiving them. (my fault, I guess?) So I called the person that I had to send the paper to and she said that it would be okay the way they had signed, that the 2nd guy should also sign both lines. If these people work there, they should know and understand what they are doing - right? If not, get someone in there, that does. Now I'm worried about the 3 tries on the email - they finally went through and they are of no use to them. I shouldn't have had to email to them in the first place, if they had known what they were doing.

  0 & no stars..Throw the whole team away. Whoever is staffing and training for this location needs to reevaluate their choices. Horrible..Horrible Horrible!!! The customer service and the management is the worst. Just go to the location on Alafaya and Lake Underhill for your money orders or whatever because the team there at Lake Underhill knows how to service people. Actually go anywhere but here. Horrible.

  Isa has the WORST customer service. .. GO TO THE BANK AND GET MONEY ORDERS ITS WORTH THE 5.00!!!

  Extremely bad customer service. It's almost as if they train people to be rude to customers. Ridiculous.
