  My Quicken refinance occurred on 9/23 with disbursement scheduled 9/28. Now it is 10/10 the loan is still in delay. I was given two different excuses, after I pointed on the error of their first excuse they came up with reason two being that the closing attorney did not provide a Record & Disbursement Authorization. That document is not required in the state of Delaware according to the closing attorney. So after a week of back and forth and never being able to talk to anyone at Amrock we are going into next week without any resolution. To add insult to injury my property taxes which Quicken is responsible for paying is now past due and accruing interest since I am refinancing an existing Quicken loan. I would highly recommend that if you refinance you use a title company of your own choosing and not this dysfunctional arm of Quicken. What a cluster!!!!!!!!!!

  Absolutely horrific experience. I purchased a home in July, on a double lot. Amrock made a mistake on the deed and did not include both lots, so the extra lot (without the house on it) was not transferred to my name. When I noticed the error(they were clueless) and let them know, it took MONTHS for them to prepare the corrective deed, which I was finally able to sign in January. After signing the deed I waited and waited for it to be filed with the county, to no avail. After multiple calls to Amrock I finally got someone to look into the shipping tracking and discover that it had been lost in transit and never delivered to the county. Nobody on their end was aware of this. They overnighted the package at that point, only to have it rejected by the county due to missing information. I am currently waiting for Amrock to submit the deed to the county AGAIN. It has been over 7 months since I purchased my home and I'm still fighting to get this resolved. I will DEFINITELY never be doing business with this company again.

  Told me they were going 2 over night my package. They lied cuz they got there UPS ticket today dec. 11 2020. Its suppose 2 b delivered tomorrow according 2 Amrock promise but i called ups and gave em the tracking number and they said would't b delivered till monday dec. 14th 2020.That is not next day air like they promised me. I regret even refi my home with Quicken Loan Rocket mortage and then Amrock was another suprise. I'm very unhappy with the whole experience. So beware there r cheaper and better people 2 refi with. Never again!!

  Required me to redo quit claim deed that was prepared by attorneys. Added expenses that were not required for processing in my county. Cannot get answers on why they are taking so long. They have been "working " my title for over a month. Horrible service. Costing me more money for their incompetence. If I could rate 0 I would.

  Took 2 months to close a deal 4 dates to close sighed all the papers.called 10 min before appt to cancell. Second appt numbers wrong third They put wrong date. Forth time they said was done but no payment to seller i dont think they know how to close an umbrella let alone a house deal. I am a maintenance superviser for over 2000 units and losin tenants always to buy a home ill be load and proud to tell them not to use this company. Ur they will get screwed over lied to. And not returned calls. Companys a joke

  I sold my home, amrock handled it. They have to be the most unorganized, demanding, pushy, & sketchy title company out there! Well after a month after he house closed they were still harassing me over paperwork the “forgot” at closing. I felt the paperwork had nothing to do with me so I threw it away. It got to where I was getting 15+ calls and emails a day! I ended up taking paperwork to my lawyer and he laughed saying “this has absolutely nothing to do with you, and what they are doing is illegal!” They then certified me a threatening letter and a whole different set of paperwork. I’ll never recommend them for anything!

  I had the the opportunity to work with Joanne Breslin with Amrock. She was absolutely great to work with, I had a great experience throughout the entire process. I recommend working with her and Amrock for your title needs.

  I Had the Blessing of working with Taryn Burge from your company . There were issues that needed to worked out, it wasn't a smooth ride in that regard. However Taryn was very smooth. Taryn s service was Outstanding. this give us Hope for the city.

  The worst - talked to a Sandy Garvin in their title clearance department about title work done for a client they closed in 2015. They recorded their title paperwork incorrectly, which is causing these clients great financial harm now. I called to attempt to get to the bottom of the error, and ideally get it corrected, so I could offer these clients they best possible loan and terms on their refinance, and I was basically yelled at, insulted, and even the CLIENTS WERE INSULTED by someone who has a very primitive understanding of title work. Ridiculous. Connected with Quicken so your expectations should be extremely low if you have the unfortunate opportunity to work with them.

  Do not use the title company! Took 5 tries to get our pre-close paperwork correct and it was still wrong at closing! Took 2 days after close to get our proceeds from the sale and 5 days later the payoff for the mortgage has not been sent to the bank! When I followed up again today, they were not aware that the bank had not been paid. How they are still in business is a complete mystery.
