  Wasted a month in the loan process with them. Lacks accountability, Unprofessional, and incompetent, your just a number to them. Considering reporting my experience to gov. But life is too short just will finance all future loans elsewhere.

  I wanted to love Huntington Bank. I've always been a "big bank" customer and wanted to switch to a smaller bank. #supportlocal However, I have been extremely unsatisfied with my experience at Huntington Bank. I initially received an internet offer to open a Huntington account. As long as I deposited $10K within 3 months, I would receive $500. I applied to open an account online and received a message that I would have to finish opening the account at a local branch. I went to this branch and opened the account and 3 months later I did not receive the $500 bonus. I called Huntington several times over the last few months explaining the situation and asking for the bonus but to no avail. Huntington has told me that they did not have the code for the promotion when I opened my account at the branch and thus will not give me my bonus. This is ridiculous since the promotion code was submitted in my online application but Huntington had to verify my identity at a branch. So due to a Huntington requirement, I am unable to receive my rightfully earned $500! That is absurd to me! They have had me call corporate, call the branch, and no one has resolved my issue! Save yourself the time and go bank with someone who cares about their customers!

  I had a horrible experience with the customer service via the phone help center, but all my trust within the company was reassured once i visited this particular branch. Customer service is awesome to say the least, they handled me like i was family and in a professional timely manner so i could return to work. THANK YOU GUYS!! YOURE AWESOME! SPECIAL KUDOS TO BANKER MAYRA FOR HELPING ME OUT!!

  Service is not that great. Be careful using the atm. It will take your money , and won't count it as a transaction. Letting the tellers know about this, I still have to wait until next week to get my cash, while still having to pay an overdraft fee. Since this happened at night, it was no one to tell right away, so I left a voicemail. I was doing this deposit once off of work, to avoid my soon to be overdraft fee. This atm seems to have alot of troubles.

  I love this branch. The ladies are always helpful, they greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure that you leave there satisfied with their service.

  The service was cool but they gave me a fake fifty and then I try to return it and they give me this company policy sh** I work hard for my money the girl should have checked the money i took a pic of the serial Numbers they can tract it with they system Monday-24-2016 at 12:23 look on the cameras
