  We were very impressed with Quicken Loans and their excellent customer service when we refinanced our mortgage. They gave us a great rate and their refinancing process was quick and easy because they make intelligent use of technology. We especially liked their secure website where we could easily upload our documents and check on the status of our loan at any time. The website is well designed and very user friendly. Quicken Loans communication was also excellent, always keeping us informed through the secure website as well as frequent phone and email contact. We would particularly like to comment on the wonderful, friendly people we encountered: Our QL Banker, Cory Kunz, was knowledgeable and unintimidating and made our initial contact less stressful. His easy demeanor guided us through the application process smoothly and gave us confidence that QL was a good choice. Our Client Care Specialist, Elaina Locascio Kettinger, deftly led us through the refinancing process with grace and good humor. She was very responsive to all questions and communications and enthusiastically congratulated us on closing our loan. This further instilled our confidence in QL. When it was time for closing QL made the signature process very convenient by sending a mobile notary to our home on our schedule and we were done in 30 minutes. Within a few days we received an impressive bound copy of our closing documents. We had closed our loan in less than 30 days! After that every QL person we encountered congratulated us on closing our loan which made us feel valued as a customer. Ultimately, we believe Quicken Loans is an excellent choice and we would recommend them to anyone looking to refinance their mortgage.

  Very professional and great customer service. Our mortgage consultant Elliot May went out of his way to find and correct a refinancing issue we were having with other mortgage companies. I would HIGHLY recommend Quicken Loans.

  The Quicken Team was always QUICK to respond to all of my questions. I have bought more than one home in my lifetime, but this is the first time I have used Quicken Loans. My experience was AWESOME, to say the least! The people are PROFESSIONAL and easy to get in touch with via email or phone. I cannot believe how EASY and how FAST the whole process was for me.   I just finished my refi with quicken loans and after THREE attempts with other mortgage companies Quicken Loans got the job done! Not only were they efficient and quick they were a pleasure to work with. All the paper work thru emails was a breeze not to mention that the closing took place in my own home at my convience. Thank you Quicken Loans!! you will be highly recommended!!!!

  I would never recommend Quicken Loans to anyone. In fact, if anyone asks me I would say, "Stay far, far away!" I was convinced to use Quicken by the JD Power award, but now don't understand how that was ever earned. The loan process was supposed to be fast but it took over 7 weeks to get my loan closed. I could never get my "Client Care Specialist" on the phone. He would call me at work on my cell phone when I had specifically said to call my work number as I cannot talk on my cell at my desk. I would call right back and get his voice mail and a message to talk to someone else. About what? I would never know why he called, therefore couldn't speak to someone else. If I did, they wanted my social security number which I wasn't comfortable giving in the setting I was calling from. Overall, the absolute worst loan experience I have ever had!

  This was the fastest, easiest loan that I have ever experienced. The best feature was the application was always current. The staff was "always" respectful and easy to talk too. Never did I have to go more than 24 hours before I got a reply in the event that I would have to email someone. I recommend Quicken Loans to everyone. A five star for them, and I very seldom give any one or anything a five star.

  I was very pleased with the Loan Officer Michael Sasse. I refinanced my home with Quickenloan just because of him. He convinced me to go with his company and when I did, he ensured I got the best deal and took care of all my questions. He ensured the process moved quickly and I really appreciate all he did. On the other hand, the processing team did a very poor job. They kept asking for unnecessary documents and were not communicating effectively with the Loan Officer who had all the information. The closing team also did a quick job and we closed as planned. I have now referred my sister to Quickenlaon and she is in the process of buying a home through them. Immaculate, CA

  My husband and I just bought our first house. We were denied a loan at two other places, but Quicken Loans closed our loan for us, and did it in just 28 days! I used to work in the mortgage industry, and closing a purchase loan in 28 days is frankly amazing. We are in our dream home, and have Quicken to thank for it. The process was very clear, the website was easy to use, and we were always updated whenever we sent in information or there was a new status on our loan. Sometimes the amount and nature of the paperwork required was a bit frustrating, but with a closing time in under 30 days, I can't really complain too much. The numbers stayed virtually the same from when we applied to when we closed. I would recommend Quicken to anyone!

  Even though there were some questions about my eligibility for the loan, they worked with me, and worked quickly, to come to a solution that would allow me to cut my monthly payments by $250. They were an enormous help in recovering from the last couple years of the effects of a bad economy. They worked with me in every way and it was less than 3 weeks from my initial contact with them until the loan was closed. Their communication was excellent, their people were friendly and helpful. I would most definitely recommend their services!

  Despite my credit being excellent, I only got a 4.25 rate on an 8 year loan. Closing felt slow, they kept telling me by Sept 6th, until suddenly it was as soon as tomorrow on August 23rd. I chose the check option at the end for my cash out, and I should have chosen the wire transfer, as my bank ended up holding the funds for a week. They did communicate what they were doing often, but what I was really interested in was HOW long, and that information was not provided. It was very easy to submit documents by scanning and emailing. Sometimes if I had to return calls it took some time to reach a person. I know if I had been available for the original calls it would have gone more smoothly. They were up front about costs, so I did have a chance to do homework that I chose not to do. Overall, I would advise others to comparison shop and do your homework. You may or may not end up with QuickenLoans, but you will know you got the best deal.
