  Not helpful at all.. wouldn't replace a torn 100 bill I have. Tried to lie and tell me I had a serial # missing. Then when I called them put on that they wanna ask for my account # (which i dont have an account) and then tell me they don't do any cash transactions without an account. I thought u could go to any bank to swap out money that was torn, ripped, burned, etc as long as both serial numbers were intact (which mine are) Well they definitely gave me every reason why I won't be getting an account there.

  I've dealt with plenty of banks but yall make it so easy to do banking. I enjoy every time I go into a location, everyone is so professional and nice which also is a great thing. Thank you!
