  I’ve been here a few times in the past, but let me share with you a brief, little story about my last experience at Easy Cash Pawn. I was a little down on my luck. A couple days prior to my latest visit to Easy Pawn, I lost my Gramma’s chain in Houston walking to my Uber (I believe the latch snapped some how). Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I got home. I’ve had that chain since 1984. I’ve pretty much worn it everyday since I was 12. I know that the chances of me recovering the 24k gold cuban link, are slim at best. Even though I miss Gramma, and that chain is dear to me, I decided to hike it on up to Easy Pawn to find a replacement I was greeted by a strikingly jolly, young ginger man, who was more than eager to help me in my quest to replace my stray golden necklace. He told me that he didn’t have the specific chain I was looking for, but he took my number down and said he would give me a call if one came around the store. I would like to take this time to thank PJ for being an outstanding employee! Rarely do you find customer service such as his! I would also like to thank Easy Pawn for the warm neighborhood welcome! Thanks for the EXEMPLARY service PJ!
