  Everyone that works at CBCFCU is awesome and very knowledgeable. I’ve been there about 15 years now and have never had a problem with them. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a great credit union.

  Love this Bank! Been banking with Alvin branch for a couple years now and I love it! Recently purchased a vehicle and got my loan with Luisa. she excellent and made it very easy.

  I really was happy i stoped in for my first vist i was not sure if they could help me but they did. Everybody was smiling and very helpful ms patti was so wonderful she even offered me a calendar(i really need one).my teller was ms malissa she was so nice i really like this credit union mines is first service and its really far to drive i work in alvin so its so nice not having to drive so far.

  It's always so nice to walk in and be greeted so kindly. I love having to go inside the branch, just because I'm guaranteed to get a warm greeting and friendly smile. Makes my day every time.

  Super...service and very understanding staff. Helped me get the best out of my refinance, so I could do much needed repairs to my house. The original mortgage company wouldn’t refinance without me do repairs first. They wanted me to do a second mortgage....but told me I would have to wait 12 months before I could get it refinanced to a lower rate. Therefore my mortgage and second would be $2400. CBCU did the refi and I am able to do my repairs.

  My parents opened an account there in 2007 and maintained a balance with their account and paid i promptly. In 2012, my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and in 2014 he pulled out some cash from his credit card. With Power of Attorney in hand, we tried to resolve the issue with them directly, but they would not speak to me. Instead, they turned it over to a collection agency who continues to harass my parents. Since I've been taking over my parents' affairs and have notified Chocolate Bayou and their agency of that fact, they continue to harass my parents.
