  I am a member here and I've had issues in the past especially when today when I asked for a direct deposit form and it came through incorrectly when I had waited for it sometime the one huge plus I could say about AMOCO Federal Credit Union is every once in awhile you find a gem in the rough. Her name is Shawna S I had to call back for the same issue she knew how to handle the call she knew how to express empathy she knew how to bring a little bit of laughter to the situation she was very courteous and professional and it was an outstanding job for that I give them four stars just on her alone

  Shady tactics. Will block your card if you are 30 days behind on your car payment without any warning. Not even mentioned when the bank account is made. Will be closing my account this weekend.

  Love this bank. These days you are lost in the shuffle at a big bank. Awesome customer service and the loan process is super simple. Have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so.

  Parking is tight but this branch is a great hidden gem. John was very helpful with opening my auto loan.

  If I could put zero starts, I would. This is the absolute WORST credit union experience I’ve ever had! I will go absolutely out of my way for the rest of my life to use any other financial institution other than Amoco FCU. I would not recommend, and further, would stronngly suggest that others go elsewhere as well. (Note - this is regarding Amoco FCU as an institution in whole, this review has nothing to do with the individual branch).

  I love that there's an Amoco on this side of town! However, this place is HIDDEN! You really have to look for it or else you will go right past it. Love Amoco!!
